The Darwin Branch of the Association of Independent Retirees (AIR) convenes monthly general meetings open to all. Attendance is free for members and for non-members a $5 fee applies.

Part 1 Seminar Series: Planning for Stopping Work : Retirement
AIR Darwin’s monthly general meetings for members and supporters are usually held on the second Monday of each month at Christchurch Cathedral, Harbourview Room, 2 Smith Street, Darwin. These meetings involve one or two presentations each meeting from guest speakers on issues of interest to our members and community.
Arrive 5.15pm for registration and light refreshments and a prompt 5.30pm start.
A second monthly meeting is held on the fourth Monday of the month at the Trailer Boat Club, Atkins Drive, Fannie Bay. These meetings are more social in focus and provide the opportunity for smaller interest group interaction on topics such as members’ Travel Show and Tell, Investor group discussions, or workshops on Planning for Retirement.
Arrive 5.20pm for registration and prompt 5.30pm start. This meeting may be followed by drinks/dinner (optional) at the Trailer Boat Club where people can meet like minded Seniors and the Committee.
